Yes. PH International began in 1985 as a small initiative by the name of Project Harmony. To reflect the growth and diversity of our work, Project Harmony took on its current name in 2008. However, many of our partners, participants, and offices still colloquially use Project Harmony.
We are always looking for host families or organizations to support our exchange programs. Head over to ‘Become a Host Family’ for more. Additionally, if your expertise matches some of our program areas and current initiatives, we are happy to find where you could volunteer your time. Please contact us!

PH International is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our current funding comes from grant awards from the United States government as well as private donations.
As part of our commitment to financial transparency and accountability, we provide the public with both federal 990 tax forms and audited financial statements.
